Pilot
6 weeksOne agent, one process, real traffic behind a human check. We measure it against the way the work is done today, using cases your own people graded.
Stabilisation
As neededIntegrations, permissions, observability, cost ceilings, fallbacks and the operating runbook the on-call team will actually use.

Do you work inside our infrastructure?
Yes — Azure, AWS, GCP or on-prem. You set that; we advise on it, or operate it on request. Data stays in your tenancy and we work under your access model.
What if the pilot fails?
In our work so far, no pilot has failed on technical feasibility. The setup is deliberately built to reach the practical delivery phase quickly, so the real obstacles to going live — legal or organisational ones, for example — surface as early as possible. If some of them then turn out to be unresolvable, that is a valuable finding for your business when it weighs up where to take digitalisation and automation next.
Who owns the code and the agents?
You do, from day one. No licence, no per-seat markup on the components we build, and no need to be locked into a platform only we can operate.
How do you handle the EU AI Act?
On request, the EU AI Act is observed during delivery already. Risk classification happens in the scan, before anything is built. Documentation, human oversight and logging are part of delivery.
Do we need our own AI team first?
No. Most clients start with one curious engineer and a process owner. Building the internal team is the explicit goal of the scale phase.
